My little design heart is so happy right now. Laura at Southern Events contacted me to photograph the Nashville Venue Crawl on Sunday, August 4. I had heard about the venue crawl, and I am so thankful I had an opportunity to be a part of it! Participants in the Venue Crawl had the chance to visit 4 venues (Houston Station, The Bridge Building, Ruby, and Oz) throughout the day and see how they could be designed and used for a wedding and/or event. Different vendors were at each venue, and I attended the Houston Station event for the day and captured all the beauty.
All of the vendors worked so hard to put together a beautiful set-up for brides, couples, parents, etc to view. One station included a preppy navy + gold vignette. It included hints of navy + gold with white dinnerware and silver silverware. The colors complemented each other so well and the chevron placemats added such a fun twist!
The middle vignette included a more glamorous look with high, modern couches, pinks and silvers. It was set up as a lounge area and the lighting on the walls behind showcased the area.
Finally, the third vignette was a mix of rustic + bohemian, and it was my absolute favorite. It showcased wildflowers (my favorite!) among mismatched china, and white-washed farm tables. With the vibrant purple + magenta color scheme, this look just kept me coming back. Plus, did I mention the beautiful light-bulb chandelier?
If you’re wondering who put together this amazing event, check out all of the vendors below. They all were wonderful to work with and did such a fantastic job putting together a fun event for those planning their wedding!
