New York City: Part I – Black & White

December 11, 2014

As I was writing my blog post recounting our travels to New York City last month, I so badly tried to keep it brief and in one post.

With that said, I shot a range of digital and film…and well, these black and white film images were best told on their own. Grain and all. These photographs may lack color but they speak to me so boldly. New York City is a magical city I’ve always dreamt of. It’s a city I don’t think I could ever get sick of visiting. Jeremy and I have even thought…what if we just lived there for a short time? Just to push our limits and comforts. It’s a city like no other.

All that to say, it still is a city that screams black and white to me. There are many more photographs to be shared (which I’ll share next week), but these just had to stand alone and speak their own story.
