Maternity Leave: Charlottesville Family and Newborn Photographer

If you’ve been following along via Instagram or my email list, then it’s no surprise to you that I’m starting maternity leave this week as we await our little one.

I will officially be on maternity leave February 21 – May 15.

My bookings are full in May, with a few remaining in June,  July & August. So, if you’re thinking of a summer session, it’s never too early to reach out! Personally, I find summer sessions absolutely wonderful (even amongst the heat!), as we can do so many fun activities for your session. Think backyard time, wildflowers, river time, pool time, you name it!

My plan is to step away from the blog & social media for at least the first month to be fully present with my family and to simply savor this sweet & fleeting newborn season.

During maternity leave, my responses will be delayed, with a response turnaround of about 5 days. Even if delayed, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or are interested in learning more about family & newborn photography sessions!

I look forward to connecting and sharing when I return from leave this spring!

I take a limited number of sessions each month (plus, I’m a bit of a planner and always account for possible weather and sick days!) I’d love to set up a time to chat with you, hear your vision and answer any questions!
